A formal Section 20 Consultation begun for Willow Tree Court in May 2025. The main scope of the works is to make roof repairs and update the internal communal doors. There have been no major works to the development since it was build, so some maintenance is now required.

Visitor Parking Bays
As of 13th April 2021, the two parking spaces on the Willow Tree Court driveway have parking restrictions in place. In order to use either of these two spaces, a valid “Visitor” permit must be displayed otherwise you will be issued a £100 Parking Charge Notice (PCN), reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days of issue.
The Big 2021 Clean Up
In February, a new company was appointed to do the gardening and grounds maintenance at Willow Tree Court. In February, we did a big clear up to improve the gardens, including trimming the bushes and plans to and cutting the grass.
