Visitor Parking Bays

As of 13th April 2021, the two parking spaces on the Willow Tree Court driveway have parking restrictions in place. In order to use either of these two spaces, a valid “Visitor” permit must be displayed otherwise you will be issued a £100 Parking Charge Notice (PCN), reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days of issue.

These spaces are for use by visits to Willow Tree Court only, any anyone living here can request a Visitors permit. Initially, permits will be handed out on a “as needed” basis. If you are expecting a visitor, please let Niraj or Rashmika know at least 24 hours in advance so we can get a temporary permit issued to you.

If you have a printer, a permit will be issued electronically for you to print and then display in the vehicle. We can also provide pre-printed permits that you can hand write details on to, and then display in the vehicle.

Prices for the visitor permits as follows:

  • Self Printed: Free
  • Pre-Printed Blank Permit: 4 permits for £1 (if purchased in advanced)
  • Pre-Printed Permit (< 24 hours notice): £0.50 (per permit)

These prices are to cover the cost of printing and operation of parking restrictions. Any profits from issuing of permits made will be used to offset the service charges.

The permit will be valid within the marked visitor ‘V’ bay ONLY, the full permit must be clearly displayed within the windscreen and is valid between the designated hours which you have requested ONLY. The bays are for the use under a first come, first served basis.

If you are issued with a PCN for parking in the Visitor bays without a valid or expired permit, you are liable to pay the penalty. The Managing Agent or Directors have no jurisdiction over enforced vehicles, and under no circumstances will they act as mediators in any cases concerning enforcement action of any vehicles.
